As early as 23 June 2019 Stephanie Niznik died in Encino, California, as currently various US media – among others, the industry magazine “Variety” – report. Further details on the actor’s early death are unknown. Niznik was well-known for the series “Everwood” and also starred in a ” Star Trek ” movie.

Before completing her acting career in 2009, she had guest appearances in many series. For example, in two episodes of ” Gray’s Anatomy, ” in ” CSI: Miami ,” “Eli Stone,” “Dr. Quinn – a passionate doctor” or ” Navy CIS “. In 2007 and 2008 she starred in Jo Weller-Clarke’s 13 episodes of the drama series “Life is Wild”. In the late 1990s she was part of several episodes of Diagnosis: Murder.

She leaves behind her mother and her stepfather, her brother, nieces and nephews as well as her dogs Nucleus and Jake. Niznik has campaigned for children and animals in need.

Stephanie Niznik was born on May 20, 1967 in the US state of Maine. She studied acting and Russian at Duke University in North Carolina and was first seen in a film in 1994. More precisely, in the comedy “Island of Secret Wishes”. In 2001, she starred in the horror film “Spiders 2”. However, it should be especially well known through the series “Everwood”. She played the role of Nina Feeney in Emmy-nominated production, appearing in more than 60 out of 89 episodes. In 1998 she was in the movie “Star Trek: The Uprising” as Kell Perim.
